Description
The paper examines the evolution of women's roles in these fields throughout history. Initially relegated to secondary roles, women have gained presence and recognition thanks to feminist movements, legal reforms, and gender equality policies. Today, women actively participate in police forces, the military, and the judiciary, facing and overcoming challenges such as discrimination and harassment. Their presence has strengthened the justice and security sectors, contributing to more inclusive and effective approaches to conflict resolution and the administration of justice. Despite the progress, it is important to continue promoting female participation to improve efficiency and equity in these systems globally.
