This supplementary material provides the dataset resulting from the systematic literature review conducted in the study. It contains the classification of 175 peer-reviewed articles according to their coverage of stakeholder groups and EU Textile Strategy actions. Each entry identifies the stakeholders discussed, the actions addressed, and the frequency of their occurrence, enabling full transparency of the content analysis process. The dataset supports the findings presented in the main manuscript by illustrating the distribution patterns across stakeholder categories and strategic action areas.
