This data set contains the results of a survey of 119 field news reporters from 14 private television stations in Indonesia. The survey was conducted to obtain data on Perceived Organizational Support (POS), Proactive Personality (PP), Meaning of Work (MOW), Work Engagement (WE), and Employee Creativity (EC). Furthermore, the data were analyzed using the Partial Least Square – Structural Equation Modelling (PLS-SEM) with SmartPLS software. This data set contributes to further research on strengthening employee creativity.
