Description

The current dataset is the results of a survey of 268 employees of small and medium enterprises (SMEs) to investigate the determinants of turnover intention with generational differences as a moderator by using partial least squares structural equation modeling (PLS-SEM). The current dataset includes raw data, PLS-SEM results, and multi-group analysis results. The current dataset has four variables, namely: organizational justice, perceived organizational support, job embeddedness, and turnover intention.
