Description

The first pair of true leaves from 5-week-old Digitalis seedlings grown under a 16-hour light period at 25 °C was collected in biological triplicates. 80% Methanol extract of freeze-dried leaf samples from Digitalis lanata and Digitalis purpurea were filtered through a 0.45 µl filter before injection to the LC/MS/MS system. The extract was first separated on a C18 reverse-phase column before enteringth Q-ExactiveTM analyser. A selected ion monitoring with MS2 (SIM-ddMS2) was used for data acquisition.
