Description

The three large-scale GWASs on IPF consisted of individuals of European ancestry and were used to identify genetically predicted drug targets at the transcriptional and translational levels for IPF. Furthermore, the complication data from the Finngen study and the prognosis data from the International IPF Genetics Consortium study were utilized to investigate the disease-modifying effects of potential therapeutic targets for IPF.
