Make sure all file paths in .py scripts are correct.

Steps to reproduce

Samples were taken by periodically sampling (via syringe/septum) out of a chamber enclosing an area of soil. Samples were taken to lab within 4 hrs to be measured for H2 on Ametek TA-3000R (aka RGD) RGD records H2 peak area and (sometimes) concentration in ppb Raw data in xlsx files, analysis in py files
