Biodome_data_exp2_area and RGDcal_E2_funcs_area - analysis for Exp A Biodome_data_exp4_2_conc_pcorr_paper and RGDcal_E4_funcs_conc - analysis for Exp B sensor_soil - use Port1 soil sensor sensor_weather - weather data Run the Biodome*.py scripts for analysis of Exp A and B. Make sure all file paths in .py scripts are correct.

Steps to reproduce

Samples were taken by periodically sampling (via syringe/septum) out of a chamber enclosing an area of soil. Samples were taken to lab within 4 hrs to be measured for H2 on Ametek TA-3000R (aka RGD) RGD records H2 peak area and (sometimes) concentration in ppb Raw data in xlsx files, analysis in py files
