Description

GEBeM (Structural Model‑Based Management) is an independent structural discipline designed to analyze real systems, identify incoherences, and support decision‑making under uncertainty and complexity. The discipline integrates conceptual and operational models to transform ambiguous or unstable situations into clear structural configurations and actionable decisions. GEBeM originates from real‑world management practice rather than academic theory. Its foundational principle is that theory must emerge from practice, and that practice requires structural theory to avoid incoherent, improvised, or intuition‑based decision‑making. This foundational document presents the core structure of the discipline and its main models, including MEsET, PGI, MAS‑RU, GPEC, MARE, the SO‑Eric, and the MoID (Model for Research and Development). It serves as the basis for future disciplinary development, applied case studies, and forthcoming books. Independent research. Author and founder: Eric Louis Brianza.
