Description

This dataset contains the experimental results of the FTIR spectra of 27 films elaborated with potato starch, glycerol, tara gum, pectin and distilled water in several proportions. The amount of potato starch remains constant and is equal to 2.5 g on 100 g of total mass for each sample.
