Original Western blot data to accompany manuscript examining the requirement for yeast Mediator subunits in genome-wide transcription. Data from whole cell yeast extracts after degron-depletion of specific Mediator subunits and also data from Immunoprecipitation of Mediator after depletion of the indicated subunits.
