Steps to reproduce

The data were primarily sourced from the 《China Statistical Yearbook》, 《China Rural Statistical Yearbook》, 《China Leisure Yearbook》, 《China Agricultural Machinery Industry Yearbook》, Annual Statistical Report on China’s Rural Policies and Reforms, Annual Statistical Report on China’s Rural Management and Operations, China Green Food Development Center, and the statistical yearbooks and bulletins of various provinces. Linear interpolation was used to impute missing values.
