The deposited raw data shows all aspects of Western blots that were used in Lin et al. The red-boxed regions denote which portions of blots were used in the actual figures.

Steps to reproduce

Western blot images were acquired using standard SDS-PAGE / Western blotting. In all cases of human blotting, commercial antibodies were used and are outlined in the STAR Methods. In the cases of Drosophila blotting, antibodies were made in the Wagner lab and described in the STAR Methods. Westerns were developed using the Azure.
