Description
This study will employ a Sequential Exploratory Mixed-Methods Research Design. The qualitative phase will explore the experiences, governance practices, and challenges of educational stakeholders. Findings from this phase will guide the development of the Climate-Resilient School Governance Model and research instrument. The quantitative phase will validate the proposed model using statistical procedures including reliability testing, exploratory factor analysis, confirmatory factor analysis, and structural equation modeling.

The study will follow a systematic data collection procedure. First, the researcher will secure ethical approval and obtain the necessary permission from the appropriate education authorities and participating institutions. After securing the required approvals, qualitative interviews and focus group discussions will be conducted with the selected participants. The qualitative data gathered will then be analyzed using thematic analysis, and the findings will serve as the basis for developing the survey instrument. The developed instrument will undergo validation by selected experts to assess its content, clarity, and relevance, followed by pilot testing to determine its reliability and identify areas for improvement. After the necessary revisions, the final survey will be administered to the selected respondents. The quantitative data collected will then be processed and analyzed using appropriate statistical procedures. Finally, the findings from the qualitative and quantitative phases will be integrated and used as the basis for developing and validating the final Climate-Resilient School Governance Model.
