Test instances for analysing the solution procedure

Description

This dataset includes all instances used in the analysis of the solution procedure developed to solve the joint optimization of bin location, allocation, type selection, and collection frequency under stochastic waste generation. The following code for file naming is used: <number of nodes>.<number of bin types>.<instance number>.
