Description

We found that: 1.Angiotensin Ⅱ stimulation can activate the phosphorylation of STAT3 in HUVECs, thereby increasing the expression of BCL6. 2.BCL6, as MFN2 transcriptional repressor, regulates the expression of MFN2 in vivo and in vitro to influence vascular aging. 3.Loss of MFN2 can lead to morphological and functional damage of mitochondria to induce the cell senescence in HUVECs.
