Description

Contains a script and two files to demonstrate Qtrap analysis where bead position is used to estimate the length of braided DNA and angle between them during a force distance curve. This assumes that the length of the two DNAs remains the same length. Analysis used in: Cutts et al, 2024, "Substrate accessibility regulation of human TopIIa decatenation by cohesin".
