Description

RNA-Sequencing Data Associated with the manuscript "Immunostimulatory cancer-associated fibroblast subpopulations can predict immunotherapy response in head and neck cancer." Includes integrated single-cell RNA-Sequencing data & VIPER inferred protein activity matrix uploaded as Seurat Objects with patient and cluster metadata included, as well as sub-clustered fibroblast Seurat object and spatial geomx data. Also includes bulk RNA-Sequencing datasets of responders vs non-responders to treatment and bulk RNA-Sequencing datasets of sorted fibroblast populations used for cluster phenotyping and ex vivo co-culture experiments.
