Original western blot images for PTC43-mediated inhibition of caspase-1 cleavage
Description
This dataset contains original western blot images used to evaluate caspase-1 cleavage in the presence or absence of PTC43. The western blot analysis was performed to detect the cleaved caspase-1 p20 fragment under the indicated experimental conditions. Reduced p20 formation was observed in PTC43-treated samples, supporting the biochemical assessment of PTC43-mediated inhibition reported in the manuscript.

Steps to reproduce
Samples were prepared under the experimental conditions described in the manuscript, including treatment in the presence or absence of PTC43. Proteins were separated by SDS-PAGE, transferred to a membrane, and analyzed by western blotting using an antibody recognizing cleaved caspase-1 p20. The western blot signal was detected using standard imaging procedures. The deposited file contains the original western blot image used to evaluate caspase-1 cleavage and p20 formation. Detailed sample information, antibody information, and experimental conditions are provided in the manuscript.
