Buyer preferences for quality in first-sale fish markets
Description
The data used in this research are confidential. They were obtained under a signed agreement with FranceAgriMer (https://www.franceagrimer.fr/). FranceAgriMer uses these data to publish annual reports on sales in French fish markets using these data. Although the data cannot be shared due to confidentiality, the complete Stata code used for this paper is provided in the enclosed file. Execution time is very long due to the large sample size. The do-file contains more than 4,500 lines of code.

Steps to reproduce
The data are produced by FranceAgriMer ([https://www.franceagrimer.fr/](https://www.franceagrimer.fr/)). Because the files contain confidential information, they are not publicly available and cannot be shared. Access requires a signed agreement with the agency. The full code to replicate the empirical results is provided in the statacodeEM.pdf file, which contains the complete Stata scripts.
