Description

This research paper investigates the awareness of tension headaches among North Indian students. Tension headaches are common and can significantly impact academic performance and quality of life. Despite their prevalence, awareness levels among students, particularly in the North Indian region, remain understudied. The study employs a mixed-methods approach, incorporating surveys and interviews to explore students' knowledge, perceptions, and experiences regarding tension headaches. Findings reveal varying degrees of awareness among students, influenced by factors such as education level, socio-economic background, and access to healthcare resources. The paper discusses implications for healthcare education and strategies to improve awareness and management of tension headaches among North Indian students.
