Raw kinome array data - Differential impact of hepatitis delta virus replication and expression of viral antigens on the cellular kinome profile

Description

This dataset contains raw .tif image files from PamGene PamStation 12 kinome array measurements generated in the study by Thiyagarajah et al. (2025), published in Cell Communication and Signaling (https://doi.org/10.1186/s12964-025-02290-0). Arrays were run for serine/threonine (STK) and tyrosine (PTK) kinase activity profiling in Huh7 cells expressing SHDAg, LHDAg, or replicating HDV genomes.
