Description

Supplementary Table 1. Number of Patients Achieving Treatment Response at Weeks 12 and 24, by Vitiligo Type and Disease Activity. Note: This table details the number and proportion of patients achieving specified treatment response thresholds (F-VASI50, F-VASI75, F-VASI90) at weeks 12 and 24. Patients are stratified by vitiligo subtype (non-segmental or segmental) and disease activity (progressive or stable) at baseline. The data are presented as the absolute number of responders (n) and the fraction of the subgroup total (n/N1). F-VASI50, F-VASI75, and F-VASI90 represent ≥50%, ≥75%, and ≥90% improvement in the F-VASI from baseline, respectively. Supplementary Table 2. Association between Vitiligo phenotype and F-VASI. Note: This table presents the continuous repigmentation outcomes (F-VASI improvement percentages) stratified by vitiligo phenotypes, expressed as mean ± standard deviation at 12 and 24 weeks. The 'Age of onset' refers to the patient’s age at disease onset, comparing early-onset (<12 years) and later-onset (≥12 years) subgroups. All phenotypic subgroup comparisons were performed using independent samples t-tests in SPSS 27.0, with p<0.05 considered statistically significant.
