This supplemental document supports the study titled "Early inadequate response to biological agents portends treatment failure at 6 months in patients with psoriasis: a multicenter, prospective cohort study." It includes comprehensive figures, tables, and statistical analyses: (1)Figures: Graphical representations of linear associations between BMI and psoriasis treatment outcomes, as well as comparative analyses of Physician's Global Assessment (PGA), Psoriasis Area and Severity Index (PASI), and body surface area (BSA) scores at various treatment time points. (2)Tables: Baseline characteristics of psoriasis patients stratified by early treatment response; Comparisons of treatment failure and PASI outcomes at 3 and 6 months between early responders and non-responders; Stratified analyses of treatment response by biological agents and BMI categories.
