Description

This study represents the first report on the application of FC method with novel oligonucleotide probes for multiplex quantification of viable probiotics. The developed method is successful applicable for the detection of yoghurt during fermentation and in final products, providing a reliable foundation for fermentation monitoring and quality assessing of yoghurt.
