Description

Null Hypothesis:There is no significant difference between supervised versus none supervised programmed among patients with mechanical neck pain. Alternate Hypothesis: There is a significant difference between supervised versus home based exercise program in patients with mechanical neck pain. The present study concluded that both intervention approaches were effective in reducing pain and disability and improving cervical range of motion in patients with mechanical neck pain. However, the supervised group demonstrated comparatively greater improvement than the home-based group in most outcome measures. The findings suggest that physiotherapy interventions are beneficial in managing mechanical neck pain and enhancing functional performance.
