Description

This dataset contains research data used to analyze the effect of End User Computing Satisfaction (EUCS) dimensions on the reuse intention of users of the Tring! application by Pegadaian. The dataset was collected through questionnaires distributed to application users and includes variables related to content, accuracy, format, ease of use, timeliness, and reuse intention. The data were analyzed to examine the relationship between user satisfaction dimensions and the intention to continue using the application. The dataset is provided in CSV format for academic and research purposes.
