Steps to reproduce
Open README.md first. The repository package contains a supplementary data zip, source registers, data dictionary, source-verification worksheet, provenance matrix, reproducibility notes, citation metadata, and checksums. To reproduce the article figure, unzip Pakistan_Power_Sector_Supplementary_Data_v0.26.zip and follow REPRODUCIBILITY_README_V0_27.md. The figure-generation script is listed in the reproducibility notes, and source traceability is documented in ARTICLE_FIGURE_TABLE_TRACEABILITY_INDEX_V0_27.md and SOURCE_VERIFICATION_WORKSHEET_V0_27.md.
