Supplemental video for Seervai R.N.H. et al. (2025), Loop Cautery for Chronic Lymphangioma Removal, JAAD Case Reports. Videographic demonstration of loop cautery for lymphangioma removal. The areas for treatment are prepped with an alcohol wipe (not shown), and local anesthesia is obtained with injection of 1% lidocaine with 1:100,000 epinephrine. The lymphangiomas are removed with loop cautery, and a smoke evacuator is used to minimize smoke/fumes from the procedure. Minor bleeding is stopped with electrocoagulation. The authors thank Christopher Garvey (@siskietrax) for assistance with filming and producing this video.
