This data correspond to the raw unmodified figures included on the revised manuscript "Nucleosomes stabilize ssRNA+dsDNA triple helices on human cells". Here determine the nucleosome stabilization of triple helix structures on the nucleosome entry/exit site. Additionally we designed a method to determine the RNA-dependent changes in chromatin through the formation of triple helices with a method called TRIP-seq.
