Description

The original data of the number, trophic groups and cp values of soil nematode genera in the 0-20cm and 20-40cm soil layers under different cropping patterns. The relative abundance, absolute abundance, diversity index and ecological index of the nematode community can be obtained through the relevant calculation formulas provided in the article.
