Collection of MicroCT images of tomato seeds

Description

105 tomato seeds in this collection have been imaged by X-ray micro-CT and morphometrically characterised in order to investigate prediction potential of internal and external seed morphology on germination outcomes. For this purpose, these seeds, after micro-CT scanning, were used for a germination test in which outcomes of each seed ID were scored.
