Methyl CH2D deuterium relaxation data (R1, R1rho, RQ, and RAP) for fractionally deuterated E. coli ribonuclease HI recorded at 1H frequencies of 475, 500, 900, and 950 MHz. The data are analyzed by spectral density mappping and the model-free formalism using the RING NMR Dynamics software.
