Description

The dataset was derived from a time cross-sectional empirical survey to assess customer satisfaction with the implementing partners of economic empowerment programs. The survey targeted 290 microentrepreneurs in Malaysia, with 268 valid responses. The questionnaire was developed using scales grounded in existing literature, encompassing dimensions such as customer satisfaction, assurance, empathy, reliability, responsiveness, Shariah compliance, and tangibility. Reliability and validity tests confirmed that the measurement items were appropriate
