This dataset contains supplementary tables for the study evaluating associations between estrogen and progesterone therapy and all-cause mortality in melanoma patients using TriNetX electronic health records. Files include outcome analyses, propensity score matching details, cohort characteristics, and statistical results with FDR-adjusted p-values.

Steps to reproduce

All analyses were conducted using de-identified electronic health records within the TriNetX platform. Propensity score matching and survival analyses were performed using TriNetX built-in analytics. Supplementary tables provide all matched cohort characteristics and statistical outputs.
