Steps to reproduce
Peptides were prepared and subjected to molecular docking against ACE by using AutoDock 4.2. ΔvinaRF20 scoring function was used to predict peptide binding affinity and plip was used to characterize the interactions in ACE-peptide complexes. The absorption, distribution, metabolism, excretion, and toxicity (ADMET) properties of peptides were futher analyzed by using SwissADME and ToxinPred.
