Exercise-Conditioned Serum Drives Mitochondrial Remodeling in Neurons
Description
This dataset includes raw Western blot images with gel loading orders, raw EM images, raw fluorescence imaging data acquired using a Cytation 1 Cell Imaging Multi-Mode Reader (BioTek), and raw confocal images acquired using a CSU-W1 SoRa spinning-disk confocal microscope that support the analyses presented in the associated manuscript.

Data were generated using primary mouse cortical neurons treated with serum from sedentary or exercise-trained mice. Mitochondrial turnover and mitophagy were assessed using adenoviral fluorescent reporters, Western blotting of autophagy markers, fluorescence microscopy, confocal microscopy, and transmission electron microscopy with blinded analysis. Proteomic profiling was performed using DIA mass spectrometry followed by pathway and network analysis. Raw data files and supporting materials are included.
