Description

This data is collected from the US 50 states and territories in partnership with the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention annually to gather information on use of preventive care measures, health behavior, and chronic diseases. Three-year data from 2019-2021 were used.

Download each year from the CDC website and merge them into one dataset, and convert it to a STATA file.
