This table presents the raw data, already anonymized to protect the identity of the source farms. The information pertains to dairy farms and includes the number of lactating cows, milk production, and water consumption. The table also displays efficiency indices such as L water cow⁻¹ day⁻¹ and L water kg milk⁻¹ day⁻¹. Data are categorized by three production systems (confined, semi-confined, and pasture-based) and different water uses, including drinking water and water used for cleaning. Additionally, the table includes the efficiency score derived from the DEA method, specifically the BCC model.
