Gas Condensate Upgrade over Hierarchical ZSM-5 Zeolite Synthesized via Desilication and Reassembly Routes
Description
This dataset provides raw and processed experimental data on the structural, textural, and catalytic behavior of ZSM-5 zeolites (Parent, Desilicated, and CTAB-Reassembled). Raw data files include XRD diffraction patterns, N₂ adsorption–desorption isotherms, and GC–MS chromatographic processsed. Processed data files summarize relative crystallinity, porosity parameters, and product yields and conversion.

Steps to reproduce
• Parent ZSM-5 zeolite was desilicated in 0.1-0.9 M NaOH solution, washed, dried, and reassembled with 0.01-0.17M CTAB with optimal values of 0.3M NaOH and 0.09M CTAB. • XRD analysis was carried out using a PANalytical X’Pert PRO MPD diffractometer equipped with Cu Kα radiation (α = 0.1541 nm), 40 kV voltage, and a current of 30 mA in the 2θ range of 5-60° • The BET analysis was carried out using ASAP 2020, V4.02. BET surface area, pore volume, and pore size distribution were obtained from N₂ adsorption–desorption isotherms at −196 °C after degassing at 300 °C for 4 h. • TGA was performed on a PerkinElmer simultaneous thermal analyser, STA 600 under N₂ from 25-800 °C at 10 °C/min heating rate. • SEM images were acquired at 10 kV, magnification ×5000. • GC–MS analysis of catalytic cracking products was performed on an Agilent 7890 gas chromatograph equipped with a DB-624 capillary column. • Raw data (XRD scans, adsorption isotherms, TGA weight loss, SEM micrographs, GC–MS chromatograms) are provided in CSV and image formats.
