This dataset contains the literature screening records from Rayyan, reference metadata from Zotero, and the standardized data extraction matrix used for the systematic review on IoT interventions in cancer care.

Steps to reproduce

This dataset supports the systematic review methodology conducted following the PRISMA 2020 guidelines. 1. The Rayyan CSV export contains the blinded screening decisions, labels, and exclusion reasons for the initial 897 retrieved records. 2. The Zotero export file provides the bibliographic metadata for the literature. 3. The Data Extraction Matrix details the extracted variables (including IoT hardware architectures, target cancer types, integrated AI algorithms, and performance metrics) for the final 62 included studies.
