This dataset contains the anonymized tweet records and the complete Python analysis pipeline used in the study “Citizens, Safety, and Social Media: Leveraging Sentiment Analysis for Urban Resilience Governance in Tehran (2015–2024).” The shared data and code enable researchers to fully reproduce the sentiment analysis, temporal trend computation, and topic modeling procedures.
