Raw LC–MS/MS data (.raw files) were generated on a Thermo Scientific Orbitrap ID-X mass spectrometer to assess the presence of BRP3 (a BRINP3-derived peptide) in brain samples of BRINP3-Knockout mice and their corresponding wild-type controls. A synthetic standard (100nM) was used to confirm the identity of the endogenous BRP3 peptide.
