Data Set of Single-lap joint shear test

Description

The mechanical load-bearing capacity, deformation response, and interfacial shear strength of AA5052–CFRP co-cured hybrid joints were evaluated through tensile-shear tests conforming to ASTM D1002 using a Carson CRN-50 Universal Testing Machine (UTM). The acquired dataset captures real-time crosshead displacement, tensile load, and calculated shear stress profiles across all surface modification pathways.
