Description

Raw FSA files (fsa_files), normalised EmsB profiles of Echinococcus multilocularis metacestodes from humans and adult tapeworms from red foxes hunted in selected districts of Pomorskie, Warmińsko-Mazurskie, and Podlaskie Voivodships (profiles.txt), and an R script generating a UPGMA phenogram cut with genetic distance thresholds and/or Dynamic Tree Cut (hierarchical_clustering.R).
