scRNA seq data for: AMPK-caspase axis-dependent hepatocellular ballooning formation in in vitro metabolic dysfunction-associated steatohepatitis (MASH) model

Description

Cells cultured under differentiation media condition (control), pre-MASH condition (pre-MASH) and MASH-like condition (MASH-like) were dissociated into single cells for sequencing. Suspended cells with a concentration of approximately 1000 cells/µl were loaded into Chromium Next GEM Chip G for GEM (Gel Beads in emulsion) generation and barcoding. 3’ gene expression libraries were constructed according to the manufacturer’s protocol (10X Genomics, CG000204). Libraries were quality-controlled, quantified, and sequenced at the depth of approximately 30 million reads (PE150) per sample on a NovaSeq 6000 system with NovogeneAIT Genomics.
