Description

This dataset contains: 1. XLMS data for S. enterica WbaP in SMALP crosslinking with both DSS and tBu-PhoX crosslinkers 2. CDMS data for S. enterica WbaP in SMALP 3. A model of S. enterica WbaP as a dimer generated by AlphaFold 4. The output of a foldseek analysis of S. enterica WbaP against the alphafold proteome database
