Description

The Excel file contains annotated results of fish eDNA obtained from mangrove-linked Negombo and Puttalam lagoons, Sri Lanka. This data was carefully compared and cross checked with NCBI, Fishbase, global IUCN records and local Red List data for annotation. The pdf file indicate the phylogenetic trees and how the phylogenetic trees were built using Kaggle for the individual OTUs obtained from this study.
