This study unveil the dietary effect of dried and microbially fermented ginger powder supplementation on growth performance, meat quality, nutrient digestibility serum lipid profile and cecal Lactobacillus contents in broiler.

Steps to reproduce

To reproduce the result, follow the materials and methods section, and for data analysis, follow the statistical methods section of the manuscript. We used the general linear model (GLM), ANOVA, F-test, and Tukey's Honest Significant Difference (HSD) in R software (version 4.3.2).
