Data and code for reconstructing the EUDR country benchmark and assessing sensitivity to FRA data releases

Description

This dataset contains the processed data, analysis code and machine-readable results used to reconstruct the country risk classification adopted under the EU Deforestation Regulation and to assess its sensitivity to alternative forest-change measures and releases of the FAO Global Forest Resources Assessment. The archive includes the inputs required for the deposited analysis, processed analytical datasets, country-level reconstruction results, supplementary data tables, and Python scripts used to reproduce the statistical results, tables and data-derived Figures 2–4. Figure 1 is a conceptual representation and is therefore not generated by the deposited code. The top-level run_all.py script reproduces the analysis in dependency order and stops if an input-integrity or analytical check fails. Further instructions are provided in the README file included in the archive.
