This dataset contains the transcriptomic, metabolomic, and integrated multi-omics data supporting the study of the Tyrophagus putrescentiae allergen Tyr p 34 in BEAS-2B cells. The transcriptomic data include raw count matrices, normalized expression data, differential gene expression results, and GO and KEGG enrichment results. The metabolomic data include metabolite abundance matrices, metabolite annotation, differential metabolite results, and KEGG enrichment results. Integrated analysis data include shared KEGG pathways and gene-metabolite correlation results used to identify heat shock protein family A member 6 as a key mediator associated with NF-κB signaling.
